Harland McCraw began building in the Ruidoso area in the 1940's.  He passed his work ethic and attention to detail on to his grandson Jim Lowrance who in 1977 began his own construction company.  Three generations of home builders once worked side-by-side to build dreams in Ruidoso.

Today Jim and Sandi now carry on the family tradition of home building excellence founded on quality, craftsmanship and integrity.  Both Jim and Sandi work closely with each client through all the important steps of the building process.  Building just a limited number of custom homes each year enable them to maintain a hands-on personalized approach to home building that has been a hallmark of the family tradition for over 60 years!
